Bio


Roger has more than 40 years of experience in financial operations. During
 those years, and prior to joining SIZE in January 2023, he worked at FTI
Consulting and its predecessor companies PWC and Price Waterhouse. His core competency is an ability to understand the critical factors that
 drive a company’s success and differentiate it from competitors; as well as
to identify its weaknesses and areas for improvement. Roger is typically
called upon when companies are experiencing (or anticipating) any or many 
of: Fast growth, revenue decline, acquisitions, financings or during other
 periods of challenging transition.

He has specialty experience working for companies with recurring revenue 
business models, communications & digital media, various services and
 assembly.

With experience gained in 100’s of engagements throughout North & South
 America, the Caribbean and Spain, Roger has a demonstrable track record of
communicating well with executives and managers to understand the facts
 driving performance and/or impeding it. He is skilled at working with all
constituents at interest in sensitive situations to facilitate consensus. Roger has held investment banking Series 7, 63 & 79 licenses (currently 
inactive). He earned an MBA from the Wharton School of the University of
 Pennsylvania and a Bachelors (cum laude) from UCLA. He is married and has 
two adult children and lives in Marina del Rey, CA. He is bi-lingual in Spanish
and English.
